Sugarreset Supplement Facts: 1 mL Serving, 60 Per Bottle
The Sugarreset label lists a 1 mL serving and 60 servings per bottle.
Each serving has 0.7 mcg chromium as chromium picolinate, 2% of the Daily Value, and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. The side panel adds directions, storage and a caution.
For what each ingredient is, see the ingredients.
What does the Sugarreset Supplement Facts panel show?
A short box with two amounts, one long ingredient list and two footnotes.

The panel shows two rows of amounts for a 1 mL serving. The first is chromium at 0.7 mcg. The second is a 200 mg proprietary blend that names 22 ingredients but not their amounts.
Under the rows sit two footnotes and a list of other ingredients. That is the full box, and each line is copied below.
The FDA does not approve supplements before they reach stores (U.S. FDA, Dietary Supplements Q&A). So the panel is the maker's own account of the contents. It is the best place to start, and it is still worth reading with care.

The blend list above uses the standard spellings. The printed panel spells two names differently ("Irvingia gabonesis", "L-Typtophan"); this site uses the standard spellings. Both are small print slips. They do not change what the ingredient is.
For what each name does, see the Sugarreset ingredients guide. This page sticks to reading the label itself.
What does the rest of the Sugarreset label say?
Directions, storage, the caution and who distributes the drops.

- “KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.” It continues: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.”
- Origin
- Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients
- Distributed by
- Instituto Experience, Lakeland, FL 33804, plus a phone number and an email address
- Front panel
- SUGAR RESET. Promotes Metabolic Balance Dietary Supplement. 2 fl oz / 60 mL.
- Under the facts box
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Below the box, the last line reads: “This product has been manufactured in an FDA registered facility.”
The side panel is where the rules for use live. The Supplement Facts box tells you what is inside. The side panel tells you how to take it and who should ask a doctor first.
"FDA registered facility" describes the factory's registration. It does not mean the FDA approved Sugarreset. Supplements are not approved before sale.
The caution line is broad on purpose. "A known medical condition" covers diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems and more. If you see a doctor for anything regularly, show them the label before your first dropper.
What does 2% Daily Value mean on the Sugarreset label?
A small number that tells you chromium is a trace amount here.
One dropper: 0.7 mcg of the 35 mcg Daily Value for chromium.
Two droppers: about 1.4 mcg of chromium.
Blend: no Daily Value exists for its 22 ingredients.
It means one serving gives 2% of the chromium reference amount for a day. The Daily Value for chromium is 35 mcg, and 0.7 mcg is 2% of that (NIH ODS, Chromium).
A Daily Value is a label reference the FDA sets so shoppers can compare products. It is not a target and not an upper limit.
Chromium trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day (Onakpoya et al., 2013 (chromium)). A normal diet with whole grains, broccoli and meat already supplies more chromium than one dropper does.
Why does the Sugarreset blend show a dagger (†)?
No percentage does not mean no amount. It means no reference exists.
The dagger means "Daily Value not established." The FDA sets Daily Values for vitamins, minerals and a few nutrients. Herbs such as gymnema or maca have none.
So the label gives the blend's weight, 200 mg, instead of a percentage. The star printed after "Promotes Metabolic Balance" on the bottle is a different mark: it points to the FDA statement box.
Not a warning
The dagger is a label rule. It says nothing about safety or quality.
One weight for 22 items
200 mg covers the whole blend. Each part averages about 9 mg.
Amounts not listed
Per-ingredient amounts are not published, which is allowed for a blend.
How does the 1 mL serving match 1–2 droppers of Sugarreset?
One dropper equals one serving. Two droppers double it.
What one or two droppers deliver, based on the 1 mL serving
| Daily use | Liquid | Chromium | Blend | Bottle lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 dropper | About 1 mL | 0.7 mcg (2% DV) | 200 mg | About 60 days |
| 2 droppers | About 2 mL | About 1.4 mcg (4% DV) | About 400 mg | About 30 days |
The panel is built on one 1 mL serving, which is about one full dropper. The directions allow one or two, so a two-dropper day doubles every amount.
A "full" dropper depends on how far the bulb draws. Squeeze the bulb fully, release it, and the glass tube should fill most of the way. The Sugarreset how-to-use page walks through it.
Tips for reading the Sugarreset label and any other
Six habits that make any Supplement Facts panel easier to judge.
Start with the serving size
Every amount is per 1 mL. Multiply by your number of droppers.
Watch the units
Chromium is in micrograms (mcg). The blend is in milligrams (mg). One mg equals 1,000 mcg.
Use %DV where it exists
A low %DV for chromium shows how small the amount is compared with trials.
Read blend order
Federal label rules list blend ingredients from most to least by weight, so maca and grape seed likely lead.
Scan other ingredients
Look for xylitol, stevia or preservatives if any of them bother you.
Check the side panel
The caution and storage lines matter as much as the amounts.
When you know what is inside, compare the amounts with research on the how Sugarreset works page.
The full Sugarreset label, laid flat
Directions, front panel and facts on one strip.

Seeing the label flat helps you find each part fast. If a bottle you receive looks different, call the order desk before you use it. The lot and best-before are on the base when the bottle shows them.
Sugarreset Supplement Facts questions
What is the serving size on the Sugarreset label?
One serving is 1 mL, and the bottle holds 60 servings. A full dropper is about 1 mL, so one dropper equals one serving. The directions allow 1 or 2 droppers a day.
Why does chromium show only 2% Daily Value?
The Daily Value for chromium is 35 mcg. One serving has 0.7 mcg, and 0.7 divided by 35 is 2%. Two droppers give about 1.4 mcg, or 4%.
What does the dagger (†) mean on the Sugarreset panel?
It means no Daily Value has been set for the proprietary blend. Plant extracts and most amino acids have no official reference amount. It is a labeling rule, not a warning.
Does the label show how much of each blend ingredient is inside?
No. The panel gives one total of 200 mg for all 22 blend ingredients. The split between them is not published. An even split would be about 9 mg each.
Who distributes Sugarreset?
The label names Instituto Experience, Lakeland, FL 33804, with a phone number and an email address. This website is a retailer, not the maker. For orders, call the order desk.
Does "FDA registered facility" mean Sugarreset is FDA approved?
No. It means the factory is registered with the FDA. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label also carries the standard note that its statements were not evaluated by the FDA.
What does "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" mean?
It means the drops are made and bottled in the United States, while some raw materials come from other countries. That is common, since herbs such as maca, African mango and ginseng grow abroad. The label does not name the source country of each ingredient.
Is the Supplement Facts panel a lab test?
No. It is the maker's statement of what the bottle holds. The lot and CoA numbers on this site are reference numbers, not lab proof. No independent lab certificate is published.
