One 1 mL serving has 0.7 mcg of chromium, 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value. Two droppers give about 1.4 mcg. Chromium trials used 200–1,000 mcg a day. So even 2 droppers give less than 1% of the smallest trial dose.
How much gymnema is in Sugarreset?
The label does not say. Gymnema is one of 22 ingredients that share 200 mg per 1 mL. An even split would be about 9 mg each, while LiverTox lists a typical dose of 400 mg three times a day.
What is a proprietary blend?
